Building & Construction Safety Nets

Scaffolding, open floor edges and lift wells are where a site's worst accidents happen — this is the net that turns a fall or a dropped tool into a non-event.

What it is

Building & Construction Safety Nets, explained

Building safety nets are heavy-duty debris and fall-protection nets rigged around a building's facade, scaffolding, open floor edges, lift wells or terrace perimeter during construction, repainting or maintenance work. They serve two jobs at once: catching tools, plaster and debris before they reach the street or a lower floor, and providing a fall-arrest barrier for workers on scaffolding or open edges.

Fall-arrest and debris control

One installation protects both people working at height and anyone passing below.

Facade, scaffold or floor-edge coverage

Rigged around the specific risk areas — full facade wrap, scaffold skirting, or open floor perimeters.

Heavy-duty rated netting

Higher break-strength mesh than a residential net, sized for construction-site loads.

Planned around your site

Anchor points and rigging are worked out from the building's actual height and layout, not guessed on arrival.

Common questions

Building & Construction Safety Nets FAQ

Is this net only for new construction?
No — it's equally used for repainting, facade repair, waterproofing and general maintenance on existing buildings, wherever work is happening at height.
Can it be rigged on an occupied building?
Yes. We plan the rigging so residents or staff can continue using the building safely while work happens on the facade, terrace or specific floors.
How long can the net stay up?
It depends on the project timeline. For longer jobs, we recommend periodic checks to confirm the netting and anchor points haven't loosened with weather exposure.
